Troubleshoot Website

The three most common issues:

1. You are not registered for an account 

Please Register for an account if it is your first time visiting the online store. and wait for your welcome message

2. Your account is not yet activated

When you register, an email is sent to our reception team to manually accept your application to use the online store. Due to this manual process, we can only activate your account and send you the welcome message, during our open business hours. Activation can take up to two clinic business days depending on reception team availability. Apologies for any inconveniece this delay may cause.

3. You are not logged in to your account

You must be logged in to your account to shop, view pricing and select shipping options.  See the graphic and Instructions Below on how to check if you are logged in correctly.

REGISTER TO CREATE AN ACCOUNT

 

To check if you are LOGGED IN to the online store.

1. Hover over My Account ( In the black bar at the top middle of this page) to see the drop down menu.

2. See the last item in the drop down. 

If you are logged in it will say LOG OUT.

If you are NOT logged in it will say LOG IN.
