SHIPPING

Orders will be delivered between 1-3 business days to either the home address or clinic. 

Orders to home are sent through Purolator, and due to overwhelming ecommerce business, Purolator is no longer required to get a signature upon delivery. Purolator FAQ

Lakewood Animal Hospital is not responsible for orders stolen, frozen, melted, wet, or otherwise compromised when shipped to home. It is expected someone to be home for the delivery. 

Shipping costs are based on the products ordered. Due to size and/or weight, certain items may bear a shipping surcharge or special handling fee. Total shipping charges are automatically calculated during Checkout prior to completing your order.

Shipping fees cannot be refunded.

Standard Shipping is available across all Canadian provinces. Some restrictions apply to specific locations. Shipments to rural addresses may exceed the standard shipping delivery window and may not be available for Ship to Home. Shipments are not available to post office box addresses.

 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

All Sales Final. We only exchange goods if they are defective or damaged or do not fit properly.

In circumstances where you consider a product defective or damaged, please contact us at 306-545-6487 within 48 hours of receipt of order with details of the products and defect/damage.

 

If there is a discrepancy in size, an exchange may be issued for the same product, in a different size,

e.g. collars, leashes, clothing, etc. within 5 business days of receipt without any additional charges.

After 5 business days, all exchanges will incur a 10% restocking fee.

Seasonal items are not eligible for exchange.

 

ALL ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING IN SALEABLE CONDITION TO BE CONSIDERED FOR EXCHANGE. IF NOT IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING, THE ITEM WILL NOT BE EXCHANGED!

 

All Veterinary Diet Products are 100% Guaranteed by our partner food companies and CAN only be returned for the following reasons:

Palatability - Pet will not eat or does not like the taste of the food.

Quality - If there is a problem with quality of the product.

Safety – If a bag or can has a broken seal which has compromised the integrity of the food.
